I have been a customer of Kalahari since 2006 and I have never experienced such BAD service from them before!
On the 15th November and again on the 20th November I ordered a dvd (so 2 dvds on 2 separate dates). Both showed 48 hrs delivery. Today is the 26th November and I have yet to receive these products. NO COMMUNICATION as to why they are so late or when ii can realistically expect to receive them.
Both orders at more than one stage showed "ready to ship" and then suddenly when I next logged in the order delivery date had moved out and the status changed to "in progress". I have emailed Kalahari about 8 times - no response. I called them yesterday (25/11/13) and spoke to Siwive who assured me that he would call me back before 4pm on the 25/11/13 - which he never did.
I leave for the UK on Saturday and wanted to take these dvd overseas with me as gifts - hence me ordering them so far in advance and choosing ones with a 48 hour delivery date.
I am disgusted that a company that prides itself on it's customer service has allowed it's service levels to slide so badly.
I doubt I will shop on Kalahari again. I am so disappointed in them.
