Still awaiting delivery

Hi,

I am a regular user of [URL Removed] and appreciate the good service and quick delivery normally provided. I ordered a book on November 27 and it was estimated that I would receive this by November 29. It is December 3 and I am still waiting for the delivery. When I track the delivery it says that the book was en route to the local branch (from Cape Town) on November 27.

My tracking number is KL00536249. Please assist.
