Worst service I have ever experienced

I arranged with Elizabeth since I was in hospital for an operation and wount be at work for the next 2 weeks to deliver the phones for me at home. Elizabeth said it was not a problem. I received a sms stating delivery will commence on Friday the 1st. Friday, a very rudy lady phoned me from RAM and told me they are not allowed to deliver to my home adres. I treid to get hold of elizabeth and ended up talking to her supervisor-Reginald. Reginald phoned me back on Friday to say he has arranged delivery to my home on Monday the 4th. Monday morning Johnathan phoned and asked if I can make myself available on Tuesday for delivery. I told Johnathan what Reginald said on Friday. Johnathan phoned me back and confirmed it will be today-Monday. At 16:25 today I phoned Reginald since Ram has still not been. He told me he will find out and phone me back. At 16:55 I phoned him again and said Ram changed the delivery date. I asked to speak to his boss, he told me the bosses leave at 4:30 and he will get her to phone me back tomorrow. I told him to cancell my contract. I DONT WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY ANYMORE!!
