WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED AS A CUSTOMER

My television was to be collected 18/10/2013 for repairs whilst still under guarantee. Deyon Moonsamy (manager) never got back to me and i had to go through Game customer complaints to get them to collect it.(complaint with reference 03820836). I was told that I should go into the store to sign documentation to get the repairs done. When I got to the store (approx Saturday 3 weeks ago) firstly nobody knew anything about a
Logik television set that was collected at my home. After getting a floor manager to help they finally found the "repair note" and said it was already sent for repairs and that I need not sign any documentation.(this was over 3 weeks back) Yesterday i called just to hear that my TV set is lying with them since 14/11 but nobody bothered to inform me its back from repairs. After more complaining to customer services (Rina Taute) it gets delivered today. WITHOUT THE REMOTE.When enquiring this with "Bantu" at the store the driver said no remote was collected. I was at home and gave him the remote myself. I want my remote back and up to now NO MANAGER has bothered to contact me. IS THIS WHAT GAME THINKS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.Kevin Naidoo just called me, lets hope he can help...
