I bought a 32" Hi-Sense LCD tv in Jan this year that was selling at a special price. When I tried to test the tv it was not coming on at all. I took it to the store and it was sent for repairs. I sent the tv in the original packaging with all the accessories (remote, power cable etc.). About 4 weeks later I was notified that the tv was ready for collection. When I went to collect, the store was about to close, so I had not time to check that the tv was working etc. When I went home I noted that the accessories (remote, power cable etc.) were not in the box. I called the store this morning to notify them of this. Their first response is that they dont normally take the accessories when sending for repairs, but they will call me back. Chances are that they will not call back. I will have to be on their case until it is resolved. My disappointment is that I bought a product that didnt even work in the first place (& the store merely blames the supllier. They are selling the product). I also took posession of the contents when it came back from repair in good faith assuming that everything will be in in the box. I can't believe this is the type of experience from a massive retailer!!!
