It ain't no Game

A complaint lodged with Game's Head Office (via their website) concerning late/disputed repairs was only replied to more than 24 hours later and simply in the form of en e-mail to the Knysna store to respond to my enquiry, i.e. customer service at means doing a cc e-mail. Two days later Game Knysna has still not responded, which comes as no surprise as the manager spends most of his time in the parking lot smoking. To add insult to injury: When I went to collect the "repaired" vacuum cleaner, it wasn't there. This was after I had to make several phone calls (Game Knynsa does not believe in phoning customers back) and was assured that the vacuum would be collected from George yesterday, ie. 2 August. Worse is that the staff member at Customer Services in Game could not even muster an apology.
