Since I have had this account I have always pd extra on my account every month. I receive statements via email but the statement means nothing cause 1st of all it only shows amount due doesn't show me whether I pd last month or not. So please I that pay my account every month on time don't feel its fair to be treated like a criminal. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last month so pls understand that this can happen to anybody. I would like to know if you have now gone an blacklisted me as I pd late. Payment was made today I am disgusted in the way you treat your account customers.
