Being charged for Col Letter Fee

Received this months account only to pick up that there are some charges that I STRONGLY OBJECT TO.
1-Interest on 6 month account;since when
2-There is a Col Letter Fee and sms charge fee
What for; I know 1 month I short paid by R60.00 odd rand as had not received account so paid what I had previous month. I got snotty sms telling me I had short paid & would be handed over but I paid difference as I then knew what short amount was then.
Last month I paid the correct amount due yet on my account I am being charged for sundries and NO LETTER WAS EVER RECEIVED re collection.
So angry as not MONTHS & MONTHS IN ARREARS.
In fact been a customer for over 30 yrs & always handled account well
I do not like being treated like a criminal; I pay on time even though sometimes account not received on time.
Trying to get through to the head office is a nightmare as you push the "button" yet does not go through.
Why cant Foschini go over to email statements like other large retailers i.e. Edgars/Woolworths (trying to get info online also nightmare)
I want these charges reversed. I am not a criminal and dont like being treated as one.
