I have been having problems with furniture city southgate since day 1 i took furniture there. customer service is poor, no feed back is been given, no sense of urgency. my dinning room chairs have been taken in for repairs since the 9th of September, i keep calling Bheki to find out what is happening regards to my chairs but all i get is that he will speak to the warehouse n get back to me but does not do so. i feel its not my responsibility to follow up, he is suppose to let me know what is happening. i was promise that by the end of last week i would get the chairs still nothing and no apology for the delay.
