Pathetic service

I have placed a order with home choice almost over a month ago one of which was a single bed. I have till today not received my order I have called numerous times regarding this matter. Home choice confirmed that there is stock available for my order it just was not dispatched as yet. But just dare mis a payment and they will hound you for it, but customer has to wait 4 weeks for their order. I was advised that they will inform me by 11h00 of when my order will be delivered. I have still not been contacted.
