Street Fever, Access Park Kuilsriver BAD SERVICE

My husband bought his first 2 pairs of Levis at Street Fever in Access Park, Kuilsriver in July this year.
Both jeans tore/ripped at the crotch, he returned them on the 12th September and was told that someone would contact him in this regard.
He has not been contacted yet and we think this is unacceptable. Levies are supposed to be the best/strongest jeans and we would appreciate feedback from anyone asap. Either 2 new pairs of jeans or at least our money back.
I have all the slips available if needed.
The name of person received the ripped jeans on the slip is Monique, hope this helps.
