Terrible Service Once Again

Well where to start..

Checkers SP Pavilion, i am so disappointed and not surprised that the service from your staff has not improved since my last complaint (which i was promised to see a big improvement), it is a totally mood change when you go there, the staff are so rude and unhelpful everything is a hassle for them, its so disappointing that your staff have no customer skills or at least don't use them, even though they work with customers on a daily basis. I am actually disgusted every time i walk out that store... I would liked to be contacted by the Regional Manager as clearly dealing with other people don't work much...
