I bougth Dark Brown Mens sued shoe less than six months later the strap at the back of the shoe came off then I took the shoe back as Salvatore ferregamo proclaim they can get if fixed of which I had to wait for longer than four months, where I made the call to find out about the shoe,
to be told you can't fix the shoe as they don't have parts available anymore and the shoe was worn out.
The issue is still pending.
