No Delivery and No Feedback. Worst Service Ever!!

My brother per-order a game on 11/06 for delivery 01/11.So about a week and a half before the released date my brother realized that he will not be home when they have to deliver. So i phoned the Customer Service and changed the delivery address, confirmed with the lady. Then on 30 October i phoned the Customer Service again and spoken to a guy and he again took the new address and contact details and confirmed that all is good and will be delivered on the correct day and address. So the 1/11 come and around 4 still no delivery so phoned Customer Service, spoken to Lekolo and she said that she will look into it and phone back. Around 6 i phoned Customer Service again, spoken to Lekolo because no one phoned back with any feedback and was still waiting. Then they had some excuses about the delivery and stuff but could not give me any real answers and said that they will phone me Sat and give feedback.
On Sat i had to Call Customer Service again around 9:20 because no one phoned. Spoke to Joyce because they refuse to let me speak to Lekolo. Still no delivery. So ask to speak to a manager and they refuse. Told them i want an answer at 10, iam still waiting. Worst Client Service ever had in my life!!
