False promises of delivery dates

I purchased a leather lounge suite on 8 June 2013 an paid the full price of R29, 039.50 on the same date. Ismael the salemen checked for stock and confirmed a set is avaiable at Alberton branch and arranged for delivery on Tue 11th. Tuesday my wife confirmed delivery on (012) 663 8497 but they made a new arrangement for Fiday 14th. On fiday my wife and I phoned seperately and we were both told the suite was on the truck and would be delivered. I re-confirmed it again on the same day late afternoon and they promised delivery. Nothing was delivered. On Saturday 15th I phoned 3x and spoke to Godfrey. He was going to check on the system and phone me back which he never did. I had to phone every time. Still he could not give a clear commitment except that he will follow up on next Tuesday. I even asked for a loan suite in the meantime but although he indicated that he would look into it nothing came of it. The consumer here has no priority once he has paid.
