I bought a console (xbox 360) on the 11th of September 2013 6pm. a month later it couldn't switch on and had A FIFA 14 CD inside. I took it to game they booked it in and a week later they phoned me to come and collect, told me I must phone Microsoft which we did in store and they told me that its up to the store to refund me or give me a new one, but what they told me in the store is that they are going to book it with another supplier on monday11th of November, they promised to phone me the following day to let me know, nobody called me so I went to the store on Wednesday 13th November, and they told me they are going to refund me, I asked Themba Gamede about my fifa game and he said he wont do anything about it, I asked him up to 3 times... that is very bad service for a store like game, but my main concern now is must I lose 700 for my fifa game? it is very frustrating can this be sorted out please
