Gido Electric Fencing
Promises made and not kept

Gido Electric fencing has the following on their website. "0860 10 36 53 (8am - 5pm Weekdays and 8am - 12am Saturdays) New! 24 Hour Emergency repair service" The 0860... number does not work currently. I had to phone the sales consultant that I was dealing with on Saturday morning after 8 in order to get in contact with Gido. The office phoned me back and said that they have been "experiencing problems with the phone lines". I was promised a repair person only at 2 pm. I made all my arrangements around being at home at 2 pm. I was phoned during the morning to say that the electrician can now be at my house at an earlier time. I said I can only be at home by 2 pm as we agreed that earlier. The electrician did not arrive at 2 pm and i had no contact number as Gido does not give out the electrician's numbers. I am so disappointed in their service!
