Order cancelled erroneously despite payment

On 12 December I placed an order - LNTH-58-B860 FOR R349.00.

I PAID R205.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND R144 WITH DISCOVERY MILES. TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT AS I HAD NOT PAID THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. THE ORDER WAS FOR R349.00, THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT I PAID. BOTH AMOUNTS PAID WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY CARD AND MILES ACCOUNT SO I KNOW I HAVE PAID.

YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT I AM MORE THAN SLIGHTLY OFF. THESE PEOPLE ARE HOPELESS
