I ordered custom made blinds from Michellele on the 27th of October 2013. With today being the fifteenth working day since without any feedback from her I phoned to enquire about the status of my order. With the first call at 9am and after being put on hold for almost ten minutes she was nowhere to be found. I phoned again at 10:30 and after being on hold for 13 minutes she finally answered. I explained my request and also asked that she let me know urgently as she might not be able to get hold of me later. At 17:37 I still haven't received any feedback and phoned again. She was again nowhere to be found. I find this extremely frustrating. It's ridiculous that I have to ask to speak to a Manager to get a simple answer.
