Garage door not working after service

22.03.2013: Garage door serviced. Discovered the adapter on the motor was faulty. Conroy removed adapter and tried to source a new one (or so I was told). Couldn't find one an said he would get it on Saturday and bring it.

13:15 : Conroy didnt arrive. I did not receive his phone number. Phoned ownerse and owners son confirmed Conroy's number.
13:56 : No show from Conroy. Phoned and left a message. No return call.

09:52 : Got hold of Conroy- found adapter - will install today
17:25 : Conroy no show. Phoned again - left message - no return call

09:57 : Got hold of Conroy - he will be here at 12:00
12:00 : Now show or call
15:17 : Megan from office will follow up with Conroy

Sourced part and installed myself in less than 2 hours. Do not use them - no show and.
