Ordered heater 8 May, no delivery by 26 June

8 May: Ordered advertised heater on line, paid same day as per requirement of order. Acknowledgement of payment (R1294.92) received same day
13 May: SMS notification that parcel dispatched - found out it was the "free gift"
21 May: Phoned and spoke to Anelle, who said the heater was presently out-of-stock
3 June: SMS notification of dispatch of parcel PFS185553223, with delivery "in a few days".
11 June: Phoned again, was told it was delivered, but no one was home so their delivery agent took it back. I had no phone call or any form to say they had been at the complex, I informed the agent that I work full time (which they knew from a previous delivery) and could only receive goods after 4 pm. Asked to speak to supervisor, put on hold then cut off
26 June: Phoned again, spoke to Pomela who found out the heater had been returned to the Joburg depot, didn't know what would happen next. asked to speak to supervisor, put on hold for 15 minutes then cut off.

What now??
