Custom made blinds incorrectly ordered

Ordered custom made blinds from Builders Warehouse, George, 21 September 2013. Builders had a special of pay on order and receive 15% discount with free installation. I ordered the model on display. I phoned 3 weeks later (as per order) that the blinds were not ready. They arrived and installed 15 October 2013. I came home from work and to my horror found that the wrong blinds were installed. I queried this at Builders the following weekend and Mario, branch manager I spoke to, understood my problem and undertook to order new blinds. I assumed that my new blinds would arrive in three weeks. Nothing happened, even after a month, so I went to the store. Mario was off for the weekend. I spoke to the sales lady and was told that the order had been cancelled, by order the branch manager, Neil. It seems that Builders Warehouse does not value its customers, honor its undertakings to replace the the incorrectly ordered blinds. I understand that custom made blinds are final and not refundable. I however showed the sale person the blinds I wanted, she wrote down the item number out of a printed price list.
I have been wronged and will not support a dishonest store.
