I have lodged a complaint on the 14/08/2013 till now it has not been solved, in fact i am even getting threats that they are going to take me to ITC for a club account that i never even opened!!! went to the Centurion Branch a couple of times and all they keep saying is the account is cancelled and they are waiting for dispute to reverse the amount which has been taking forever .. KINDLY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REVERSE THOSE AMOUNTS AS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR A LONG WHILE NOW :(
