Cancellation of Online Orde

I placed an order on the CNA website for a PS4 on 20/12/2013 using my Edgars account, due to there being no stock with the online store and our local CNA branch had received stock I decided to cancel the online order and rather purchase it in store. I cancelled the order on 23/12/2013 and I was told that it would take 48 hours to reverse the transaction on my Edgars account. Today is 27/12/2013 and these funds have still not been reversed on my account. Nobody at the call centers can seem to help me as they keep telling me to phone another department. I need these funds to be reversed so I will have enough credit available to purchase the PS4 from our local CNA. I don't understand how my account can be charged so quickly BEFORE the goods are even dispatched but it takes so long to reverse the transaction, this should happen immediately.
