CLUB NOT ACTIVATED, YET BILLED FOR IT!!!

I made a complaint on Hello Peter on Mon 23 Sep 13, which they pretended to contact me about but I never received any calls, even though my phone is in front of me all day!

After much frustration with trying to activate Club VIP for nearly 3 weeks back and forth, I cancelled it as they were wasting my time (ref 230913014/GO on 23 Sep).

Yesterday I received my statement, and see that they charged me for a partial month in Sep, and a full month in Oct!!! Unacceptable - you guys have a backlog in activations, yet you dont seem too busy to quickly add costs to someone's account, after it's been cancelled!

Not only that, they billed me for the wrong Club plan!!! How ridiculous is Edgars!

I want the amounts of R13.92 (Sep) and R29.00 (Oct) reversed from my account immediately, along with any interest related to it!!! I want nothing to do with Edgars Club!
