Constantly debited for airtime I'm not receiving

I have been having a problem with R36.00 that is constantly being debited against my account for Airtime subscription that I am not recing airtime for since the beginning of the year, I have notified Edgars about a couple of times already but all they do is just reverse the amount and every month they are still debiting my account with R36 though I have told them to cancel it a couple of times I have to every month phone them to ask them to reverse it. I will really appreciate it if someone could assist with this, because I cannot afford to every month have to phone Edgars about the same problem.as this is also compromising my due amount every month
