REFUND AND CLOSE ACCOUNT!

On the 10th April 2013 I spoke to Andries Mathebe and requested that my Edgars account be closed and the credit be refunded. After numerous calls and emails - to date I have still not have my account closed nor the credit refunded!!! Is this the service that we are forced to put up with?
