I often go into your store to purchase PC games for my children, the games are almost always in good condition (new/used). On the 16 September, I purchased some games and had not installed them until a few days ago. I realized when installing the games, it kept freezing and we could not progress to the next stage. I still had my proof of purchase, so went into the store today, to complain and ask to swap the game. I dealt with your manager named Louis, what a rude man! He did not bother to greet me, took the game and receipt and advised that there was no way he's going to replace the game as I was meant to return the game within 48 hours of the purchase. The game was in its original state. I tried to explain that I'd only installed the game days prior to visiting the store. I asked him kindly to swap the game but he refused, I explained that I didn't want problems and that I would complain, he asked if i was threatening him and that I could go right ahead. What happened to customer service, where the customer was priority. I left feeling angry knowing this man took complete advantage of his power. I promised to complain and I am. You do not treat customers like dirt. Just not on!!
