Pathetic Service

I went to Game Gateway yesterday with the intention of buying a camera, the one i wanted was advertised at R3998-00, i was shocked to realise that Game as now become a self service store as i waited 20 mins at the photographic department with no service, i had around 6 staff members walk past me not bothering to ask if i needed assistance, i eventually lost it and screamed, then i was told that i need to wait as he is helping someone that arrived after me, maybe it is due to my disability or the way i look, maybe i give the impression that i dont have money, i support game, dion wired and makro stores on a monthly basis, secondaly you advertise something and you dont have stock, i think the CPA should investigate this as it is false advertising. in all this dissapointment i must say you do have a hero at this store The store manager David, he came to my rescue, was the most helpfull and as agrred to get me a camera today at the special price, i honestly cant beleive how pathetic service can be
