I reported a fault on my whirlpool 9kg washing machine in JULY. The EVENTUALLY came to repair it in SEPTEMBER. The repairmen started repairing my machine outside on my paving. I HAD TO ASK THEM to put something under the machine to protect it from getting damaged. Anyway after a few hours and struggling as if they have never worked on this machine before, they rushed to finish as it was 5 o'clock. The repairman asked if we were happy. My wife pointed out that the door rubber was not put in correctly, which he insisted it was fine. I then insisted that it was not. With huffing and puffing he started trying to fix the rubber, with a screwdriver, and eventually managed to get it in but it was skew and now very dirty. I asked them to leave and called Hirsh's to tell them that my machine door rubber was damaged by the repair men AND WE NOTICED THAT THEY SCRATCHED THE MACHINE ON THE GLASS DOOR, FRONT PANEL AND TOP. We'll I an still waiting and we can't do big loads of washing as they gave us a 5 kg machine on load after I refused to leave the store if they did no. I find the lack of urgency DISGUSTING to say the least. I doubt I will support Hirsch's again and spread the word
