Washing machine under warranty broken 4 TWO MONTHS

Mid-June my washing machine showed an F-13 error. I reporter it&it was fixed. 2 weeks later it showed the same error again. I reported it S000315579. 1 july I phoned again as it had not been fixed yet. 2 july I phoned again& reported the matter on Hello Peter. 7 July it was temporarily fixed but the repairman said it needed a new motherboard. This was reported S000316549&they said it would be ordered. 8 July smoke started coming out of the washing machine&was reported to whirlpool. No feedback. 10 July I went to House&Home &complained. They said they would take the matter up with Whirlpool&told me the machine would be fixed within 3 weeks as they were waiting for parts. 24 July I phoned H&H again to say that no one from Whirlpool had contacted me yet. They phoned Whirlpool and told me that the part had arrived&the repairman would be along to fix my machine. 13 August I phoned H&H again to say that had still not heard a WORD from Whirlpool&that my washing machine was still broken. They phoned Whirlpool &were assured that the repairman would come out to fix it.

My washing machine is under warranty&has been broken for 2 months! PATHETIC!! Just give me a new one&stop messing me around.
