Do NOT buy Hirsh's Extended Warranties

Bought an extended warranty for a new washing machine from Hirsh's. The machine was making an awful racket whenever running so we called out the technicians on 3 separate occasions. They kept telling us that it is ok, before the bearing finally gave up the ghost. They picked up the machine on the 11th of February and tell us every day that they will call back with an estimated time to return the machine and never call back. It is now 1 month without a washing machine with no end to their incompetence in sight. Will never buy from the company again, voting with my money and going to Dion Wired.
