After going through the rigmarole of arranging a WW Credit card I was completely blown away by the complete lack of service or basic finance protocol. It was arranged to have my new WW credit card sent to Brooklyn WW. After receiving a text to have my credit card collected and what was required I should up with the relevant info. So I would believe. After waiting 30 - 40 min for the WW staff member to figure out what she was doing I was told my telcom account was insufficient as telcom emails accounts to their customers. One would imagine this would have been raised at the initial stage but no WW would not go so far as to offer this information. After making a point that I was not informed of this fact and requested to speak to the manager I was told she was not in on a morning shift. I was told to she would call me back to take my complaint!!! As yet it has been 7 hours and still no call N O SURPRISE... Why bother dealing in a customer service environment if you cannot be bothered to hire staff that actually care. Very poor on Woolworths!!!
