After 2 months receive damaged goods

Received back my washing machine yesterday... It was delivered in a small car!!! yes a car delivered the washing machine. A big LG 13kg twintub. Dont even want to know how they got it in the car. The door of the washing side is missing. its full of scratches and damaged. It looks like it stood in the rain for few days, so dirty it was. I looked after my washing machine and receive it back like this from repairs. I will take this further and NOW I want a new machine or all my money back with the extended warrantee I paid for to buy a new machine at a supplier that will help me when needed. I have had enough patience and been nice for too long.
