I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK

Over 10 days agoi logged a query with you guys for a phone that you have been debitting insurance for and it doesnt exist. to date the feedback i do get is when i phone. no one has contacted me to give me feedback. yesterday i called in yet again and spoke to khulekani who told me that the person working on my quesry is Mokone. to date this person has not contacted me. I want my money bck that you have been debitting since i got thet LG phone. i dont wnat any more explanations from you. should i not hear from you guys today on when my refund will be processed i will take further steps. I will not keep quiet like the 1000s of clients that you have been ripping off.
