Edgars just dont care about their clients

I have had my account for many years. For some reason Edgars stopped sending accounts to me. I owed R57, 00. I got a final demand in the post. I called accounts who said there was an interest fee and the amount is R62, 00. I paid in on internet while on the phone. I asked the lady if there was any other money owed and she said no. I now get an account for R19, 50 for "call cost to recover outstanding account". I called them!!! when I called to query this the lady said there is nothing she can do. I said if Edgars want to keep me as a customer they can waive this tiny amount, failing that I will pay it and close my account. She said I must pay it and can close the account if I want. WELL THATS EXACTLY WHAT I AM GOING TO DO! Nice one Edgars, you have just lost a customer that spends many thousands a year with you because you petty over R19, 50. Your organisation is very narrow minded. I will never buy from you again and Woolworths or Truworths will get all my bussiness.
