I claimed for a phone and they said i do not have insurance yet i have given them proof of purchase with insurance details that they signed me up for, i have waited a whole month for something which would have been done in two weeks.i have been dealing with jennifer at cellular at edgars gateway store.this is an inconvience to me.my account is always paid.but now i must be wasting airtime calling to find out on feedback or i must drive to store to query and still up to today, i dont have my new phone on the claim i did.they are full of excuses, they even said an e-mail takes about 4 hours to get o insurance, WHAT!!! is that.they have all my documents, even the insurance stuff which i gave them twice.and they made copies.what service is this for a big company like this, I WANT MY NEW PHONE, I HAVE BEEN PAYING AS I SHOULD HAVE.THIS IS AN ISSUE ON THEIR END, I AM VERY VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE GIVEN
