Still haven't received refund

Hi, I have been waiting 2 weeks or possibly more for my refund of R1520 from [URL Removed] and still haven't received. I can't even purchase my next PC component because of this. Service is good. There was a delay with the supplier which made me cancel my order and ask for a refund. Also they take so long to answer their phones, I have to literally sit next to my phone for almost 5-10 minutes
