Prophecy sales quite bad

So I was researching to buy n proper gaming PC (talking about -30k) quit a lot of money. I asked prophecy what kind of discount can I get if I order something like this. I wanted to buy from them because prophecy is generally good. Firstly the sales person couldnt really answer me at all, gave me a vague answer to tel me to create a quote first, so I garbed a quote from a different website (because their generation user friendliness is just better) and send it to the sales person. Telling him that this is what I am looking for and ask why is prophecy's prices not even close to theirs. Still didnt get an answer back. Prophecy you just lost a 30k sale... clearly the company is doing way better than anyone is thinking, they clearly dont need customers with questions... I will never buy from them again, no matter if they have the best price. I am quite bombsocked about this...
