Bed collected 3 weeks ago, still no refund

I purchased a bed at Beds & More and returned it for a refund.
The bed was collected 3 WEEKS AGO and I still haven't received my money back from Beds & More.

Because I bought it with my credit card, I am getting charged interest on this liability on my credit card, and losing more interest due to the money not being in my account. Henry, the accountant/ finance person, does not answer his phone when I or the guys at the store try and call him. He has my bank details and still has not processed the refund.

If you value your money, don't purchase from this store.
