Poor service

I called in on Monday to lay a complaint regarding my washing machine, which is not working. I was told to use the same reference as the one i had 3 months ago. When i called the branch, I was told they had no record of it. I had taken an extended warranty on the goods purchased, then the manager called me to find out if there was an extended warranty... and now every time someone calls, I'm being told that they are going to call the supplier/insurance company, but nothing seems to be getting done. I had this problem 3 months ago and now the same thing is happening again. Service is absolutely poor.
