Very disappointed in quality

We bought my husbands wedding ring at Shimansky last year. We settled on a palladium ring as we where told this would best suite his lifestyle. It was a fair bit over our budget but in the end we decided it is Shimansky after all so we rather go for good quality.

6 Months later my husbands ring cracked and broke at the bottom. We took it back to Shimanksy and they sent it away to have fixed. It was obviously re-engraved so his wedding day ring, was no longer his "wedding day" ring.

A year later the ring bent on exactly the same place again. We took it back to Shimansky and they told us sorry but we will have to pay R350 to fix it. Obviously we refused seeing as this has happened before and palladium doesn't just bend.

I then tried to contact the Shimansky head office and told them I would like to speak to someone regarding my concerns. They asked which store it is regarding and I told them I have spoken to the store and they can't take it any further, . They said they would get back to me... 3 days later Canal Walk phones and tells me Mr. Shimanksy is sticking with his decision. Sorry that's it.

I feel very disappointed... and a bit angry to be honest.
