Vodacom's Incompetence AGAIN!

Since I bought my router R212 in December I have not been able to use it. The Data Specialist in Vodacom 4U Centurion Mall, took my 'CALL OUT VOUCHER' for work done in-store. He also did not identify himself as a contractor. When I call 082 155 they tell me he was not suppose to take it unless he actually came out to my house to complete the set-up. The manager at the store, Pieter, says the voucher can be used for in-store work as well. Needless to say this does not make any sense, Vodacom is telling me one thing, the store another.

Bottom line, I still CANNOT USE MY DEVICE, YET I KEEP PAYING. The specialist called me and said I am welcome to come pick up my voucher if I pay him cash. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. The frustrating part is that every time I attempt to use the device I get told to go to a store, DO I HAVE TO GO TO A STORE EVERY TIME I WISH TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET?

It is ridiculous. What is more ridiculous is that there can be such discrepancies within a large company, how is it that the call center staff advises me that the data specialist should know he cannot take the voucher unless he comes to my house, yet the guy was perfectly happy to take?? CALL ME BACK VODACOM
