Terrible customer service

I called the store and spoke to Stallone about 2 months ago, looking for a play station 2 game.
he advised me that they have stock in the rbay store and will call me when it is in store next week
i had to call the store every week for the past 2 months and got '' it hasn't arrived yet'' response
i spoke to the manager and she said that she will sort it out... then again i haven't heard from her
i called her today and she says that it still didn't arrive and it is no longer on the system
2 months wasted on them!!!
when i could have got it somewhere else
