TV unbale to play sund with DIV X movies

I purchased a 32 inch LED LG TV from Games about 6 months ago. It plays Divx but with no sound. I called the store and LG from day one of taking delivery of the product. The Game Sandton store manager was very good and called me shortly and offered to take the TV back. I told him that I will wait on LG to provide a solution before I return the TV.It has taken LG more than 6 months after numerous phone calls to tell me that they cannot resolve the problem. For all this time I have kept the box with original packaging and the plastic protection is still on the TV.I am now fed up with waiting for LG and would like to return the TV for a refund. I further would like to stress that the LG consultants in store should not mislead customers with the capabilities of the LG tv. I will rather purchase an older model Samsung that can play all the formats with sound. This will take time and money to back to the store. Please can someone from Game Store advise what I should do? Unhappy customer.
