Empty promises

Ordered BB Z10 in black a week ago. Was promised stock would arrive in a matter of days, and that I would be called to collect. After a week had passed with no call I called the store myself. To my surprise I was told that only white units had been received, but that the BB Q5 was available in black in store.

Dropped in the following day today to pick up a Q5. The astonished shop assistant I spoke to this time firmly insisted that the store had not received this model, ever.

Two futile trips, two empty promises, and still no phone... Must I, the customer, now trek from store to store until I find one that has stock, in the colour I want, and does not try to feed me nonsense, to enjoy the privilege of a Cell C contract?
