I bought a fridge in September 13, 3 months later found a fault on the fridge. I then went to Game and spoke to Simon and he assures me someone will contact me in 2-48 hours. Someone called after 48 hrs. They then said a technician will call in 2-48hrs, no one called. I called after a week, Simon promised a call back? He never called back. I called again spoke to Lynette who promised to call back she didn't. I called back and spoke to Simon who I eventually told I want a refund. He said no problem, promised it will be collected on 21 December after 4pm that never happened. I called game again and was told drivers are busy??? It was then that I spoke to Morris who kept calling me love, when I told him not to call me love he started shouting at me telling me I have to get over myself because that's how he speaks. He said I should stop aggrevating him. I am appalled to say the least. How is Morris a store manager when he can't even speak to a dissatisfied customer? I need the fridge to be collected today. I have been patient with game it's enough now.
