Living next to a rubish dump!!

I am living next to a Pick & pay family store Rubbish dump!!!

I have contacted the store owner Mr Jacques Van Wyk on several occasions, I have begged the managers, dispatch staff to keep the receiving/ dispatch aria clean.
I have begged the Property owners to manage their tenant (Pick & Pay) to no avail.
I have contacted the Germiston Health department to investigate the problem, but have not seen any improvement from PnP.
I can quote many environmental policies that Pick & Pay strive to adhere to, as well as the repose ability to the community, but none are.
Pick & Pay Lambton is a disgrace... Dirty, and does not feel responsible to anybody other than the store owner..
The dispatch aria, and waste management is non-existent and a major health risk!!
I have no interest in Dealing with Mr Jacques Van Wyk (The store owner)...
I expect Pick & Pay to take responsibility for their franchisees.
Besides the rubbish, food and boxes as seen from my property every day,
Vagrants have access to waste and contaminated food. This normally ends up on my pavement, the leftovers left to rot even further.
This rotten food causes a really bad smell and attracts besides flies, rats!
