Out of stock, pathetic service

Hi I wanted to go buy an canon sx260 or Samsung wb150f, at carnival mall brakpan, I had to ask for service (same at boksburg east rand mall), at boksburg they prefer chatting to each other then helping customers, back to brakpan, I told them what cam I wanted, and yet it takes them 3 trips to the store room to tell me they don't have stock (they brought completely different cams from the storeroom) then at boksburg they tell me that the cam I showed them isn't the one on the label (yet on the front of the cam it says sx260) and then try and sell me another cam (that they have in stock but isn't even close to the same cam i wanted) then finally goes and checks to tell me they don't have stock, at boksburg before I went there i tried phoning to find out if they have stock, but it takes them 20mins to get the right person on the phone (at this point I put the phone down as i was around the corner), is this really the kind of service you have in your stores?
