A complaint about the staff

My name is Phutuma Temele, I have wrote a complaint letter to foschini group on the 13 of november about the incidents tht took place in their primises in guguletu one of the staff by the name of noxolo approach the customer who went ro open a account there, she start investigating about my personal life&she disclose it infront of staff, customers&the manager the girl phoned me&told me now I havent recieved the response from foschini group... I phoned ambudsman to assist me, apparently they phoned&asked them what happened now they went to the customers application form to get details noxolo phoned the customer&thretned to beat her up for the fact that she told me what happened!!! I need this matter to be solved as the girl so frightened about this whole thing... what kind of custormer service do they serve? im also a customer there!!!
